I am sailing on the constellation in about 11/2 weeks and I was wondering why there was no CDC rating on this ship? I am just worried about getting the whole stomach flu thing! Also If you have any helpful suggestions or thoughts about the ship please let me know. I have very little knowledge of this ship, this is a christmas gift!
Hi Kris,
I think there isn't a score yet because the ship is new and hasn't been rated yet, so don't worry. Seems a few ships have been expierencing this for awhile, hope its over!
We just returned home from sailing on the Constellation on 11/23/02 - and everything was fine.
We sailed what is known as the Southern Sailing out of San Juan. We had a great
time ! Enjoy your cruise!
Are you on the Dec 07 cruise? Our family has two cabins on that trip. In the last few months, we found only one other group ( although it is a large one with 52 people ) on this trip.
Hope you enjoy your trip. Truth is that it is a relitivly small percent who get sick on the cruise ships lately
Small or not, if you're in the "small percentage" that gets sick, it sure ruins the fun. We all know that this stuff may only last for "two days", however it takes another two or three days to really get back to normal. Hope that the week break takes care of the "bug".
we were on the same sailing - what a great ship, huh? We were on Vista deck in a Cat 1 C. Our waiter Cornelius was THE BEST! The service and ship were awesome, we were with a group of six and all had a great time.
Regards to the excursions that they offer in the southern carrib are there any that you would recommend (and why) and some that you would bypass.
Thanks
Kim
