Concierge Class

Celebrity's website now lists Concierge Class Stateroom.
However,the stated size of such a stateroom is the same as that of a deluxe oceanview with veranda.
Also,the quoted U.K. price is equal to that of a Sky Suite,and checking availability of Concierge Class Staterooms leads one into the Sky Suite Stateroom numbers.
A previous posting said that Concierge Class applied to Category 1c and above.
So,does anyone know the true situation?
If,Concierge Class does apply to categories1a-1c,and given the pricing,what is the incentive for booking Concierge Class given the additional benefits attaching to Suite occupation?

I incorrectly read the details of the particular cruise that I was viewing.

CC class only applies to what were the former 1-A staterooms. The former 1-B staterooms are now classified as 1-A but no concierge service. I'm not sure if the 1-C staterooms are now 1-B.
