Default Need Kuki's help on hotwire

Kuki, saw your post regarding hotwire.
I am trying to get the Embassy suites in Fort Lauderdale.
My question is do I look at the airport area or downtown?
It did give me a good rate and it was rated a 3 star. But will not give you the location until you actually book and I really don't want the wrong area.
Thanks so much for any info.

I'm pretty sure it's in the downtown region... not airport, though it's been awhile since I used them.
I prefer Priceline, and used them instead last time.

I just did priceline for 3 star Ft lauderdale downtown for 65.00 night and got Embassy suites. This is for 9/27/03. I also bid 2 1/2 star and got Amerisuites for 37.00 for 10/5.

Thanks alot for the info.
I finally figured it out.
It was downtown.
Got Embassy Suites for 48.00.
Hope once we get there all if ok.
Kuki did you prefer Priceline for the price or service?
Need to do this again in January and alittle wary of using Hotwire, but it all seemed ok, but I guess I will find out for sure when I get there.
Does the price cover the shutlle and breakfast, it did seem like it on the confirm, but still not 100% sure of it.
Thanks again for info.

Tracy... GOOD job, and an excellent price! I think you can get better prices using Priceline most of the time. But yours is a good deal, so don't worry.

The price does indeed cover the shuttle, breakfast and happy hours.
