I am debating between a regular cruise on the infinity to Alaska in June, or taking the Escape, adult only cruise in July. Has anyone been on one of these, did you notice a big difference in the activities. etc........
We have been on two Escape cruises, the first Caribbean 9/02 on Millennium and Mercury for New Years this past 12/29.
We love the adults only concept - it's not that we dislike children, just choose to vacation without them.
They make several changes for the Escape cruises - the pools & hot tubs stay open later into the evening, there is supposed to be some "adult" entertainment at night at the shows (we've not attended), and they occasionally offer complimentary Bloody Mary's or Mimosas at breakfast. There are probably others, but that's all I can think of right now.
The prices for the Escape cruises seem to be slightly higher, but for us it's worth it.
Red, the Adults Only Escape cruises where recently published in the Captain's Club Calendar mailing, if you are a member and received this publication. Anyway, lets see how my memory is today. There is a 2/1 cruise, 2 cruises the first week of June - one Caribbean & one to Bermuda. A July cruise on Infinity to Alaska that you mentioned ( I would do it!) and another one at Christmas time at the end of the year. Then you will have at least one Reunion Cruise which is also very good with extra perks. Call your TA or Celebrity's Customer Service for specifics.
