LUNCH to go?

Does the Horizon offer a packed lunch for days that you will be in port? I want to be able to explore Burmuda but not have to pay for food while I am there.

No, I don't think so. If you don't eat on the ship, you are on your own.

But you can order a sandwich from room service the night before and keep it in your fridge or collapsible cooler which you will take with you (won't you?). Then go ahead ashore and enjoy. You could also not worry about it and enjoy an excellent meal ashore at one of the pubs there.

I usually bring either saran wrap or sandwich bags so that I can wrap and bring food as snacks. THe single serving cereals make okay snacks, too.

Some of the "musts" to take along when packing:

A box of small & large zip lock baggies from home. When you are going on an day
excursion, order sandwiches from room service for EARLY delivery. Then just put
them in the "baggies" and take them with you, along with fruit, etc., for snacks.

Bon Voyage!
