Default Question re: Millenium workout equipment

Does anyone know if the Millenium has cross training/eliptical machines for an aerobic workout in their workout area? Or are treadmills, stair steppers and rowing machines the only aerobic workout options?

What is the sign up procedure?. Can you sign up for a specific time each day if not prime time?. I need to keep my workout hours consistent for blood sugar reasons & find there are certain times you just cannot get a machine..

They do not have a sign up time, although, we seemed to go at very busy times.(8-9:30 a.m. and we never had to wait longer than 5 min. for a machine. There are plenty and if you are not that set on a specific one (ie- if you could either use a treadmill , bike or elliptical) then you won't have to wait at all. Tracey

Would all fitness levels fit in? -I am a daily treadmill person but other water aerobics, have not taken classes in many yrs--would they have soft yoga or beginner aerobics or even watre aerobics?

They didn't have any water classes and I never took any of the classes so I don't know about the levels- They did offer one on one sessions so that might be an option for you although i don't know what the cost of that would be. Tracey
