Default gym for beginners

Leaving Mon on Constellation to New Eng/Canada-. Have always used the spa services but as non-regulars at a gym feel kind of awkward about going into the gym area. Would like to use the treadmills (use it at home) & maybe take some of the beginner classes. Do you think we will be able to keep up? Usually see poeple who look like they know their way around & we don't want to be out of place. I know we paid for the same cruise & amenities but are beginners welcome or a nuisance? On Summit in March it seemed like a young crowd with rock music! Can't wait to cruise!

I always use the Gym when at sea.
They have a lot of equiptment there.

Everyone is new to the ship like you are.
You would have to book the treadmills if you are using them at peak times.

The class schedules are not set for killers.
Ask the people at the spa when you get on board.
