We arrive in San Juan at 4:30pm. Is there anything we can still do with kids sight seeing wise in the evening?? what time does the sun set in December??
Cruising Dec 11th on the Century, first time cruisers.
Sunset is going to be around 5:50 the day you're there. The moon will be perfect (new moon) for the bioluminescent bay kayaking excursion. We're going to be there two weeks later during the full moon--which won't be good for that excursion.
From what I remember, there wasn't much to do in San Juan no matter what time of day you arrived. It's your basic city, not much of interest besides the old fort, and the old city.
