I am taking Celebrity Millennium ship tour to Akrotiri but want to see Oia also at the end of the tour. Does anybody know if I have to go all the way down and take the cable car back up, or is there another way to get to Oia?

When we went to Akrotiri we went up by road (amazing views) - and down via Fira and the cable car.
The next time we went we did the cable car up and down - and bussed from Fiora to Oia.

I would imagine the excursion will take you to Fira after Akrotiri from where you can get a bus to Oia.

We also did Perissa beach. A long bus ride - but nice to see more of Santorini.
