Default buffet on Mercury

Where is the buffet on Mercury and do they serve breakfast, lunch and dinner?

Buffet is adjacent to the pool, they serve breakfast and lunch. There are no buffet dinners fleetwide on Celebrity. There is an alternative dinner which is towards the back of the buffet area but has a menu with waiters.

Does the restaurant mentioned with waiters cost extra? If there are no buffets for dinner and the alternative restaurant is extra what are other options for "included" dinner besides main dining? Are the hamburger stands, etc. open for dinner? I've read you can get room service 24/7 but the menus are slightly different than main dining? We have a shore excursion where we'll miss our main dining time and wondered what other "included" options were.

The cost is $2.00 per person, you can get the full dining room menu from room service during regular dining room hours. The only difference from the dining room is everything is served at once.

So as I understand it room service del the same food on the menu as the main dining? That would be nice. As on Carnival its just snacky foods..
Is there a resturant be sides main dining ie- on Carnival they had a Davids supper club which was $30 pp extra.

Mercury and her sister ships do not have an alternative extra fee restaurant. The casual dining at the rear of the buffet area is reservation only and the $2/pp is for the waiter's tip. Your entree's are usually chicken, salmon, pasta and maybe one other w/an assortment of salads and appetizers.

You can get the regular dining room food delivered to your room during dining room hours. Talk to your cabin steward if you think you will miss dinner because of a shore excursion, he/she will be able to guide you.

The $2.00 p/p alternate buffet area are waiters that are training for the main dinning room. Do not expect really outstanding service. It is a nice change and more relaxed.
