Constellation Balcony Cabin

Are there any differences in the category 2A and 2B balcony cabins other than the 2A is a deck higher than the 2B? The 2A is a little more expensive, but they appear to have the same layout. I have a choice on the Dover-St. Petersburg cruise next year. Is one side preferable over the other for this cruise? Thanks!

We were on starboard side in 8046 in May and loved it.

The balconies are the same size give or take a few inches.
I really do not have a suggestion on what side.

Silly question from me. We are booked on exact same cruise (one year after you). Is the starboard side usually the side where you can see the cities as you cruise into them?
