What is the Seaside Grill on the Constellation? What do they serve and how is it? Is that the restaurant that costs extra? If not, which is? Thanks!

The Seaside Cafe and Seaside Grill are simply parts of the ship's buffet area, and are included in your fare. They'll serve breakfast lunch and dinner... though I believe they prefer you make advance reservations for dinner in the evening.

I think you are correct. The buffett on deck 11 is breakfast and lunch and then at night on some nights by reservation one can have alternative dining. Tablecloths on the tables, serve yourself at the salad bar, but entre is delivered by the waiter.
Dress is always casual and is the alternative to formal.
The specilaity restaurants (reservations required and $30/p fee) are United States (Constellation),Olympic (Millennium),Normandie(Summit) and Ocean Liners( Infiinity) . I think that is correct, but I did it from memory. Jacket required.

The Seaside Grill is just what its name implies -- a poolside grill that serves hot dogs, hamburgers, sausages, fries, etc. It may also have pizza and pasta dishes, but it's better to get those from the dedicated windows at the very back of the buffet area.

The specialty restaurant is on the port side of Deck 3, outboard of the cinema.

There is also the free aquaspa cafe for lighter fare...always something fresh....

The food in the AquaSpa Cafe is quite ecclectic and truly unique. It's also very very very good. I had the best gazpacho I've ever tasted there (better than in the San Marco Restaurant for dinner a few nights later). Also a wonderful salmon tartare.
