Default Champagne?

I've read they give you champagne when you board. Is this for everyone or just select room classes?

When you board the vessel everyone is greeted with bartenders in white gloves serving champagne for FREE and then you are taken to your cabin by a room steward.

Default And if you ....

...are booked in suite or CC category cabin, there is a bottle of bubbly already on ice waiting for you in your cabin....a very nice touch IMHO.

you get champagne when you board, on your way into the captains toast (First formal night), and on the captains farewell (last formal night). celebrity comps a lot of champagne to ease any situation that may arise during the cruise. if you ever want to see free flowing champagne at it's best, book a new years cruise. at midnight, the champane is flowing from all directions (free of charge!)

You do get sparkling wine, however, I don't think they escort you to your cabin anymore, at least they didn't when we boarded in October.

The escort depends on what time you board. If you board early before all the rooms are ready, they ask that you wait in a public area until time so there is no escort. If you board around the published boarding time or after all the rooms are ready, you will get an white glove escort to your room.

Celebrity also comps champagne, or anything else you want to drink, at The Captains Club party.

Default Champagne

You receive a glass of champagne when you first arrive, & will get a bottle in your stateroom if you book CC cabins. Champagne or some other wine is provided to Captain's Club members at the cocktail party.
