Wine & Dine Packages on Celebrity

We recently sailed on RCL and were delighted to find the wine package deal. For those unfamiliar with this, let me say, it has alot of pluses:
1.) saves money vs. ordering from the wine list every night ($250 + 15% gratuity for 10 bottles in the Platnium package is not bad at all)
2.) saves time in trying to choose your dinner wine every night from the entire wine list
3.) you decide up front the types of wine you want to choose from
4.) your waiter stores what you don't finish and has it waiting on the table the next night
5.) if you don't drink all the bottles in your package, you take home the unopened bottles

Now, why don't we all appeal to Celebrity to add this to their ships?

Better yet why not have wine in the $15-$20 range and maybe they would sell a few bottles rather than starting at $20.Am sure they can make the same profit margin.

I'm not sure about wines in the $15-$20 range, but Celebrity does have some decent wines in the $20-$25 range including a very nice Beaujolais Villages.
