Default Los Angeles Airport to Pier

We are taking the Summit out of LA on Jan.6th. Could someone tell me
how far the airport is to the pier - we are staying on the Queen Mary our
first nite there. Should I take a taxi or some shuttle service? Which is
most reasonable in cost? Thanks.

It is about 7 miles and 15 minutes by taxi. Cost approx $15.

I live here, and the distance is around 20 miles and will cost more than $15.00. A taxi charges by time not milage, if you get stuck in traffic you pay.
Take a shuttle.

I am a SOCAL born and raised boy and the Queen Mary Hotel to the San Pedro cruise terminal is about 7 miles.

Map and directions from the Queen Mary Hotel to the Port of San Pedro.

You are correct Irish, but they wanted to know from the airport to the pier is my understanding. Now they have all the information.

I guess it is a trick question!

Airport to QM Hotel?

And/or from the QM Hotel to the pier?

It makes no sense from the airport to the pier since they are not going there but to the QM. ???

Default LA Airport to the Pier

Sorry about the confusion - I thought the Queen Mary was closer to the
Pier Terminal - thank you, everyone, for your info. Very helpful.
Have a lovely holiday.

It is right next to the Long Beach cruise terminal, but a little ways from the San Pedro cruise terminal. That is where you are going to catch the Summit.
