I guess this is somewhat of a specialty restaurant? Do you pay for meals here if you elect to eat here? Are cruisers entitled to 1 dinner here? How does this work? Thanks

Muranos costs $30 per person to dine there. It's an optional restaurant with a surcharge.

If you've sailed Celebrity before and are a Captain's Club member you can make reservations in advance through the Captain's Club desk. If not, you can make your reservations when you get onboard.

Is the $30 charge the total for your meal pp? ? Is your tip to the wait staff based as if you were eating a $100 meal?
