Default Health activities on the High Seas

My name is Accem Scott an I am a movement practitioner and naturopath who runs 3 day to 2 week health retreats out of Asheville, NC
I would like to design an present our healing retreats for the cruise industry. Does anyone know how I might approach this goal.

Thanks,
Accem Scott

Ah, yes, the ultimate hack -- that of answering the question actually asked rather than the question to which the asker wants to know the answer. Nicely done!

Actually, cruise lines like Celebrity probably already offer much of what you envision through programming in the spa and fitness center.

It also would be quite possible to organize a group cruise with this type of focus. To do so, you'll need to work with a local travel agent. Basically, the travel agent will reserve a block of cabins for your group and coordinate arrangements with the cruise line to reserve facilities aboad the ship for your group's activities during the cruise. Note that Celebrity's ships have meeting rooms of various sizes where you could do lectures, group discussions, conferences, etc., in addition to an exercise room and a room with the gym equipment in the fitness center. You then market the cruise in the same way you market your retreat programs, and you can include a mark-up for your services. The cruise line also customarily provides one complimentary cabin for each ten cabins booked by such groups, so you and your staff would cruise for free.

Norm.
