Boarding Galaxy Southern in Puerto Rico

We will be on the Galaxy Southern Carribean Feb 4-15 2008. The departure time is 10:00 PM.
Any ideas on when we will be able to board and what might be available for food? Thanks

We've cruised a number of times with Celebrity from Puerto Rico with an 11 pm sailing time & were able to board around noon or even a little earlier. You may have to wait until after 1 pm or so to get in your cabin.
As far as eating goes, they have a lunch buffet in the Oasis Cafe on deck 11 staring at noon or so.
