Below is a link to the official announcement of the Galaxy drydock. They are only spending $4million and no specialty restaurant. I think they are just holding it over until the Solstice ships come on line and then she will be gone..

I agree, this means that Galaxy's days are numbered, as was Zenith's were when Horizon was unceremoniously dumped in 2005. Mercury should be next when Equinox comes on line.
