Sounds good to me! I always thought midnight buffets were a waste of time and good food. Considering the demographics of Celebrity cruisers, at least 75% of the passengers never stay up til midnight. The brunch idea is great! And we really enjoyed the casual Lido dining on the Connie last Feb-the food and service was excellent so we're thrilled that it will be upgraded. Hopefully, with this culinery revamp, Celebrity will once again be able to claim the best cuisine of the premium lines.

Default culinary changes

The brunch in the new release sounds terrific. I just hope it is offered on an at-sea day , not a day when most of the ship will be on side trips.
