We are celebrating our 25th anniversary next year by cuising to Alaska with some friends--obviously we are very excited! We haven't made the reservations for the cruise yet (but we have for the airfare). Are there any suggestions as to cabins to consider (we can only afford the inside ones...this time). As to past cruises, we have traveled on Carnival Glory and the Disney Wonder and loved each one. Yea for us!
My Husband and I did the return trip Vancouver to Hubbard Glaciers last year on Infinity in June...Had a great time! Pity you couldnt get that Balcony Cabin, on this trip in particular because of the lovely scenery! In saying that, there are plenty of places on the upper decks that you can get a nice viewing anyway and once at the Glaciers everybody is on the top deck, they have the bands playing and serve Hot Chocolate and nibbles etc.
Well, we have now booked our cabin on the Infinity to Alaska next summer--cabin #7119 on the Vista deck. Looks good, hope it is good. Asked for a table for eight--requested to be by the window, but doubt that may be possible as we are not elite cruisers or suite-buyers, we're just inside cabin people. But one can dream, can't one?
