Here are some sample menus...I have to say, having been on many =X= cruises, the food is wonderful. There was a "rough patch" about a year ago, but I think it has improved.

If you will be on a Millennium class ship, the Aqua Spa Cafe has great menu options that are usually low fat or low carb / low sodium. The main dining rooms have their own menu, as does the specialty restaurants. Here's a sample:

In addition to the main dining room (restaurant), there is a casual dining restaurant on M-Class ships, as well as a pizza and sushi bar and grill which serves up BBQ, etc.

OMG !!!!!

If these don't change between now and our 10/11 sailing on Infinity, It's a good thing I have lost the 20+ pounds !

One thing I am glad to see is that they still have the roast tomato bisque, which is one of my all time favs !

Triton is correct about the Aqua Spa on the M-class ships. Many is the time I have wandered there while on the pool deck, only to return with an scrumpcious (sp?) dessert offering that is low cal....and wonderfully presented. This next voyage, Mrs. S has vowed to try them for lunch instead of the grill or buffet. I will accompany her, but the siren call of the bratwursts may be too much....we shall see.....

YOU HAVE TO BE KIDDING!!!!!!!! It's EEL!!!!! I swear I'll leave the table if anybody orders it.. Ossa bucca is one of my favorite.. but I love their puttng another name to the eel

OK, I'll admit to being challenged with fancy names for dishes......which one is the eel?

We happen to like smoked eel. I don't care for much seafood, but love shell fish. Smoked eel is very good.

I like all and any seafood including shellfish. My fave is smoked salmon!

What about vegetarian options?

There are always vegetarian options on the breakfast,lunch and dinner menus in the dining room. Plus lots of choices on the buffet. They're always very tasty-I've ordered the vegetarian option at dinner a few times-and I'm carnivorous!

The Aqua Spa Cafe has really good selections too...and many are vegetarian.
