Default Summit or Serenade , can't decide

Have never done X but always wanted to. We like small ships and stern balconies

We have a stern reserved on Serenade and have cruised this ship before. liked it.

but...can get a CC on summit for 380.00 less, but not stern. never have been to 4 of the ports this ship will visit.

Stick with tried and true, or do something new but not exact cabin location. any imput.

You have to decide what is more important to you. If it were me, going to four ports I have never been to would certainly be a big factor. That would far outweigh having a stern cabin but that's my opinion....

I have never been on the Serenade, but if you like smaller ships, I would try the Summit. The Serenade looks to be about 600 more pax capacity than the Summit.

IMHO the service on =X= is amazing, which makes for a better cruising experience.

We really enjoy the Concierge Class level on the M-class X ships, too. Do you know which cabins / deck you're interested in? We're familiar with many!

I certainly agree about the service on the X ships. It is excellent.

We also enjoy Cocierge Class.
