I have seen a breakfast, lunch and midnight buffet offered, but I have not seen anything for a dinner buffet? Is there one offered?

Celebrity does not and never has had a full dinner buffet on any of their ships. There are options such as pasta, salads, sushi, pizza but not the same as you will get for breakfast or lunch.

Also, Celebrity no longer has midnight buffets, haven't had them for several years...
