Book specialty rest. before Sept. 1

Just got a an e-mail from Celebrity advising us to book any specialty dining before Sept. 1 to avoid the price increase at which time the prices will rise $5 p.p. Cuisine and Murano will go to $40 from 35 and the Lawn Grill and Tuscan Grill will go from $30 to 35. Think I got that right

Of course, you can only do this if you have a cruise booked.
