Dressy Capris in Blu or MDR

Are they allowed in Blu & MDR on nights that are NOT Formal ?
I am talking dressy black capris with a dressy top, not cargos & tank top !

I suppose it depends if you are male or female!! :-))
We recently had a guy who was intent on wearing womens thong bikini bottoms...not in the MDR I hesitate to add but thinking back...maybe...

Absolutely, capris are acceptable, wife has worn them on both cruises in Blu. Also, they are acceptable now on formal nights since the dress code in Blu was just changed to "smart casual" every night including formal nights.
