Hi Iworth,
Yes, t-shirts are fine for breakfast and lunch. It is dinner that the dress code kicks in, so you should be fine. They don't however, allow swim suits while eating, you would need a cover up of some kind.

If I go to the fitness center and want to go straight from there to breakfast can I wear shorts with a tee shirt ?
