Question on Drink Package

Does anyone know if you can still by the drink packages part way through your cruise as long as you buy it for all the remaining days? I know you could do this, just not sure if they still allow it. We're looking at Solstice from Honolulu to Ensenada and wouldn't want it while in the islands but those 5 sea days to Ensenada would be a good value.

As I understand it as long as there are at least 4 days of the cruise left.
