They have WIFI aboard the Solstice and the Equinox troughout the whole ship, so I'm sore they will have in all the Solstice class ships.

We had it on the Eclipse, so I'm certain they have it on the Silhouette. Obviously, in some cabins the signal may be a bit stronger than others, but it's not real fast and it is expensive.
While docked in some ports, we've been lucky enough to get a signal from port, which is nice. But when I have to conduct alot of business, I almost always find some place in port where I can go and get complimentary WiFi. I've spent many hours in a quiet bar taking care of business while having a nice cold beer. Done this with my netbook all over the world! You can also ask the crew because often they are very knowledgeable about where to go in port to get the best signal for free.
