I'M Back!

Been getting email from everyone! Seems I fell off the face of the earth. Not really.
Just made a quick trip to Dallas for a grand opening of a Motocross track in Caddo Mills (near dallas). Took our race car as an attraction. Did a few passes on the road nearby to attract crowds.
Saw Divetex who came out to get a hug and say hi.
It was soooooooooooo HOT! He even brought a thermos full of coffee too help wake us up. We are home safe and sound now, so all the tons of friends wondering what happened......
:o)

Glad to be back...with toothpicks holding the eyes open here at work, but still alive.
I need an early bedtime!
My minpins were greatful for a bed to sleep in instead of a tent.
They were miserable too. Poor spoiled babies!

Re Maverick

He says if you can handle an F-16, he has faith in your ability to handle this 10 second car.
Uh, he DOES want to be your co-pilot though.
Going to bed now. Love you dad!

Doug

No Doug, this is the small motor. The big one will put us in the high 8's or low 9's.
This motor is only about 500 hp, the big one will be in the range of 800-900 hp.
:o)
We had a big motor before this one. BOOM!
Now we are making due with this little one. We will get to it eventually...but going 10 seconds with a small block 355 isn't too bad, you think? :o)
No nitrous, blower, ect.
