Default Who's Going on the Golden for New Years?

Just wondering how many of the chit-chatters have booked this CruiseMates cruise.

I wish I could, but cannot take vacation between December 15 and January 2 (but of course all the managers and supervisors can!)

This is going to be the bash of all bashes--a solid week of it. New Years Eve is just an added benifit.
Just imagine all of us--well almost--on the same ship. Kuki and family are the only ones we have met so we're real excited about meeting the rest of the group. Actually the fun will begin for those of us coming in a few days early at the Courtyard in Boca.

Divetex... I believe we number over 70 so far. U should join us!
New Years is just THE BEST night to be at sea, and with this group I don't think there's any question this one is going to be even more special!!!!

A large number are also going into Ft Laud a few days early for some pre cruise fun. So many we managed to book some group rate rooms (only $89 for a holiday period is pretty good).
I think it was 4 years ago, a bunch of us who were cruising organized a get together in Ft. Lauderdale with "Internet buddies" we'd never met. That was the first "Creamscicle Bash". We had over 100 people attend, and it was just an amazing time.
Prior to this cruise, we're going to have a Creamscicle ReOnion Bash, and hopefully with all the cruisers and non cruisers in Florida, we'll be able to make that get together look small . We've all got older, so this one may have to be dubbed the Early Bird Special Creamscicle ReOnion Bash..

Btw.. the ship is near to sold out already, but our TA still has cabins available.
Here's a link to the info..

Kuki, it depends on what happens. We have the NCL Sun booked right now, but my wife isn't very pleased with their freestyle cruising package. I'll have to talk to her when she gets home Wed nite (or Thursday).

John & Priscilla,
Good to see u guys posting! I'm never sure where the heck you are, or where you're off to next.
Looking forward to seeing you on the Golden though. Think this may be livelier crowd than we had when we cruised together on the Amsterdam <G>
Actually, since we cruised together on the Millennium and Amsterdam already, come the Golden, you'll be my first "threepeaters".
Regards,
Kuki

Me too, and I certainly agree, this will be a cruise to remember. Can't imagine a better way to greet 2002 than with this group of cruisers. Have never been on a cruise for New Year's before so for me this will be a first.

BTW Kuki, Veendam, Mercury, Rhapsody, Sensation, now Golden, does that qualify for fivepeat.

Kuki, Thank you for your information concerning the New Year's cruise. My husband and I are exploring different vacation alternatives and think we might like to take a cruise. I will definately look into this particular cruise. Thanks again!
