Good Morning!
Going to start an excercise program this week with a lady that John trained in bodybuilding (no, I am not going to that extent).I want to keep a feminine look to me. Nothing against her abilities, just not a look I want. She won Ms. Texas.
Time to take off these pounds that have been beating me up.
I have tried every diet possible, so now that all of them have failed, I am going back to the gym. We have one at home in the garage (all equipment and dumbells, barbells, etc.), but it is so hot outside that I don't have any motivation to go out to the garage and get even hotter.
Will go the gym with Rosie and she is going to help me with a program.
I don't sweat, I just get hot, then too hot, then that's it. Sit down or pass out, so air conditioned gym is the only way in the summer.
Goal -
size 8,
Fantasy
size 6.
Wish me luck.
Want to reach it for Christmas!

How are you? Tall ships were cool, but the Cleveland waterfront is fabulous! We had a great time. And it looks like the airshow has gone by the wayside for this upcoming weekend. Seems there is a vintage car show here in Pittsburgh that the hubby does every year....and as luck would have it....it is this weekend. Darn....and I was so looking forward to the huge crowds of people in Dayton!
But seriously Chris....thanks for all of your input! It was very helpful.
