Juneau....a helicopter to one of the glaciers....AWESOME
Skagway....the Whitepass Railway trip...also breathtaking
Hubbard Glacier....not a port....it's an up close and personal view from the ship of the glaciers.

Yukon and White Pass train in Skagway (or do the bus one way and the train the other); Helicopter glacier landing out of Juneau (or if you don't want to spend big bucks - I did the Juneau Explorer by Land and Sea - was a great time. Saw the highlights of Juneau, the Chapel by the Lake, Mendenhall Glacier and then did a wildlife viewing cruise - worth every penny!); Ketchikan you might want to consider a float plane trip to the Misty Fjords National Monument.
