Default Princess's website down?

Has anyone been able to view it in the last couple of days?

That was me, forgot to erase Ashley's name. She is still asleep. Not likely to be awake unless she smells food!

I also have been trying to get on the website without any luck. I tried the link-no luck. I wonder if it is another problem. I am using Internet Explorer/Compuserve.

Good luck.

Hi, Everyone! I've been out of touch for two weeks (broken switch on my computer)! First thing I wanted to do was check Princess, as I leave with Carole on the Royal Princess Sept. 10th. No luck, but I'll try this link and see what happens! Thanks, Susan will be cruisin' soon!

I tried both Netscape and Internet Explorer. I will try tomorrow at work. Sort of glad that others are having the same problem and it is not just me.

Sometimes a router is down in a particular area and some people cannot access a site while others can. Could be just that.

I've been trying various times today and still no go. I tried through different search engines, through AOL, etc. and no luck. If I wake up in the middle of the night, I may try again. Susan will be cruisin'

Okay,
I have a Cable connection and tested the Princess website on the following browsers and it worked on every one perfectly:

AOL 5.0
AOL 6.0
Internet Explorer 5
Internet Explorer 5.5
Netscape Navigator 4.0
Netscape 6

As I said before, the site worked perfectly in all browsers, plus I tested the site on each all the browsers on two different computers just to make sure.

In Netscape Navigator 4.0 (very old) it automatically skipped the intro and went directly to the home.jsp page. Other than that, nothing wrong.

Again, I am on Cable - don't think that has anything to do with it though

Still not sure why it doesn't work on all computers. Cheers!

Thanks everyone.

It is the router. Different ISP's use different routers.

I can get on at work fine but not at home using the same laptop - different ISP's.

I called Princess and they are aware of the problem.

Finally got on tonight and was able to book my last shore excursion so I am a happy cruiser now. Worst part is the waiting but I get to pack early because the weekend before I leave is Labor Day and I will be visiting my sister in the good old UP so I have to pack (or at least lay everything out) this coming weekend! Susan will be cruisin on the Royal Princess soon!
