I just got off the phone with Mary. They're fine. Her hospital is 2 hrs away from the disaster site, and they're already getting injured. She said there were three buses driving back and forth to her hospital with injured people. The three buses were buried in the rubble when one of the collapses occured. She says it's horrible there, and for all of us to PLEASE give blood as soon as possible. She is typing a post right now. Glad they're OK, anyway.

Thanks DT. My company already has a blood drive scheduled in two weeks. Local blood banks here are telling people to wait several days before coming in to donate...they need time to prepare.

Thank God they are all right. Going to make an appointment to donate tomorrow after work tomorrow.
