Now come on, guys, don't you think it is my time to tell my side of the story.
Patti and I trully enjoyed the warm welcome of Pam et ux. Andy...
It was nice to forgive and and forget the the untruths that abounded about me last year. Pam is a riot and reminds me of my mother's sister Irene... So informative and so fun.... Patti also enjoyed the meeting, so much as we may alll do a divorce celebration in Mar on an awesome cruise minus our men, who we all know love us sooo..... We just want t a have a girls just wanna have fun cruise, .. anyone caring to join us, please feel free to email us....
We got sliightly lost with Pam's and her absolutely adorable's husband's direections... We were only about 4 hrs. late getting into town....We slept in, and were slow leaving Raleigh,,,,,,
I must say traffic at rush hr. at Richmond, Baltimore and 495 to Washington pales in comparison to the insane traffic of the transplanted yankees and the southernerrners on I 40 on Fri nite rush hr. home...
My "fiancee" of and on, depending on how i feel... has dubbeed Pat and I , Thelma and Louise... Louise, sometimes did not do well with directtions, but did a great job walking the dogs..... I also limited her on the # of diet cokss, as I wanted to make time to see Pamda....
Pamda's husband is cute and she is soooo lucky...
I was stressing because I thought Thelma and Louise would be here at 5:00. When Louise (or was it Thelma?) called from south of Richmond around 3:00 PM, I knew I could power nap and it would be at least 8:00 before they got here. Everyone knows I can sleep any time the opportunity presents.
The picture of us in the front hall was because we just couldn't get any further, we were so busy hugging and laughing. Oh, and talking, too.
It was a delicious evening, but I got rather tired of being called "Irene."
Patti is the best. She's not as busy, mouth-wise, as Nora J and I are but she looks like she's always chewing the inside of her cheek, just waiting to burst out with something. And when she starts laughing, it's totally the bomb. Best laugh I've ever heard.
Life is full of unexpected blessings. Last night was one of them.
I just wish they'd brought the dogs along to freak out my cats.
And, of course, I did not serve dessert.
pamda, whose husband is rather cute. Just ask him.
