Default Almost ready to cruise!

The shore excursions are booked; the packing is almost completed. I have read all of the reviews and comments about the ship. Just one small problem the cruise doesn’t leave for 14 more days. What can I do to make the wait not seem so lllooonnnggg? I know bug all of my friends but then I won't have any when I come back. The people at work are tried of hearing about the cruise; all I get now is shut up. I have read my document so much the pages are starting to fall out. It just seems like there is no sympathy out there for this problem. Thanks for listening just had to vent some of the excitement somewhere.

I know what you mean! We leave on the 25th for NCL SKY, and I want to pack now and be ready to go!

Kathy,

Here are some ideas:

1. Repack again.
2. Listen to Buffet and Marley music.
3. Go to a cruise show and listen to all the people talking who don't have a clue what they're talking about.
4. Repack again.
5. Clean your camera's O-rings.
6. Practice buddy breathing in the bathtub.
7. Repack again.
8. Pick up some brochures for your next cruise - ship AND destinations.
9. Start planning your dives.
10. Repack again.

Hope these work for you. 14 mo' !
TD

It takes me at LEAST 2 weeks to figure out how to set all of the dates on my video and regular cameras. I always save that for the "Hang" time I have!

Going shopping for a last pair of shorts or 2, just to brag to the cashier about what you need them for isn't bad either! Especially up here in the cold. I just LOVE to watch them go GREEN with envy! (I know....I'm mean!)

Take Care, and I hope the time passes quickly for you!

Yesterday I bought a pair of heavy insulated gloves, and a bathing suit at the same time!

Thanks everyone for the great ideas and words of comfort!! Hey DT, Daryl said if I go through the dive checklist one more time he is going to strangle me. Jamie I had forgot to pick on the camera thanks for the idea. Thank God you all can understand my plight.

Divetex, Daryl really likes number 6 on your list, he said we might have to try that one.

Kathy who is repacking the bags to stay busy.
