Unfortunately, our Miami dining experience is limited to that wonderful airport fare. Since six of us will be meeting for dinner the night before our cruise, we are looking for the impossible: wonderful food, fantastic atmosphere, and dirt cheap. (lol)
We're looking for suggestions for several alternatives in or near Bayside. Help, please.
We ate at Bubba Gumps Shrimp Co. We thought it was good but we had flown all day and anything would have tasted good! You could eat inside or out which was nice.
At Bayside we like the Cuban cafe as you walk on around to the right, not quite to the Italian place which is just before the Hard Rock Cafe. How do you like those directions? ! I THINK that the name of it is the Latin American Cafe, but I'm not sure. But we just love the Cuban fare they have there. It's not a fancy restaurant, especially inside, but if you sit outside the atmosphere is wonderful, the food is good, and it sounds like you're supplying the exceptional company, so what more could you want?! Wish I could be there to meet oyu all!

Thanks Theresa for the link to Bayside Market place, it will be most helpful. Divetex, Timberhead and I don't have a preference for dinner; it is the company that we are excited to see. Mgram, my Mom will not be joining us, she is taking the cruise line bus in the day of departure. That leaves us 6 for dinner and I am looking forward to meeting Marie.
I was hoping she would have driven to Miami to join us also. She was afraid to drive the distance all by herself. In taking the cruise line bus she won't have that parking fee and the bus only cost her $25.00.
