Default FLL Marina Marriott

Has anyone stayed at the FLL Marina Marriot? It is close by the cruise terminal. Just wondered how the hotel rated for you? It seems decent by the ads and web site. But there is nothing like a review by someone that has stayed at this location.
It's on SE 17th street, near Embassy Sutes and Amerisutes.

Have not stayed there - but the Marina Marriott is very close to the pier/drawbridge area.

It is on the same street at Embassy Suites but on the opposite end of the street.

Hope this helps.

Y2.. have stayed there numerous times. It's a very pleasant spot, in an excellent location. VERY close to the pier. Ask for a pier view and you see all the ships sitting there in the morning, and leaving in the evening.

Regards,
Kuki

Y2C:
That is where we all stayed before our New Years cruise on Golden. Granted I only arrived at approximately 1 a.m. and stayed only one night, but I thought it was a very nice hotel. We had a view of the marina from our balcony. The restaurant also has a view of the marina. It was quite nice, I think you would be pleased if you stayed. there. It is very close to the cruise terminal.

The Marriott's van doesn't pick up at the airport, but it will take you to your ship. We stayed there in Dec. and loved it.

Are we talking about the Marriott at Biscayne Bay?

Have stayed there several times and it worked out great. The hotel does have some older rooms that are o.k, but i hope you get a more modern room. You can see Port Evergades pier from the hotel.
Make sure you take a look at some of the "world class boats and private yachts" that use this marina.
