Default Watch out for those munchkins!

Just read this.......great for all those parents taking kiddo's onboard. For those that prefer not to sail with a lot of little munchkins ........ watch out .... you have been put on notice!

"Carnival Cruise Lines launched a stroller rental program on its
newest ship, the Carnival Pride, and parents can pick up a stroller for $6 per day or $25 per week. Stroller rentals will be provided
on other Carnival ships if the Pride's pilot program proves successful."

I thought the same think Pat about donuts! I know we couldn't afford to cruise when our kids were little! Guess this stroller program on the Pride will come in handy when we take the family in 2003. Kiera will only be 3, and by that time Jen and Chris "could" have an addition too.......

Oh no! Stollers? Just what we don't need on a ship. Sorry for those with kids, but ships are a little crowded at times and strollers wont help.
It would be nice if they had them for shore excursions, so parents wouldn't have to bring one from home, but not for daily use on the ship. I see a nightmare!

I saw the announcement regarding stroller rentals and was elated. There are no weight restrictions, so on my next Carnival cruise we're gonna give new meaning to the words.. Mrs. Kuki is pushing Kuki around again.

I think its a great idea. As Kuki said there is no weight restriction so I could have my wife push me around all the time.

In terms of space. I don't see them taking up any more space than a walker. And I'm getting one of those also. I'll be the guy running over everyone's feet on the Ocean Princess next week.

Take Care;
Mike

Carnival isn't thinking straight! Can you imagine strollers added to the mix on the pool decks? You can hardly walk at times now!
