am i the only one, or are there others that have been told that they would be receiving something, and it never gets to you.???? i don't want to call names but the initials are CARNIVAL. [ ROBES, UPGRADES, ON BOARD CREDIT, OR JUST A LOT OF COUPONS THAT YOU CAN'T USE.

Fred, are you talking about Carnival <G>? Could you be a little more specific?

Fred, what in the world are you talking about? Upgrades are NEVER promised, they just happen sometimes, (actually quite often on CCL). There were robes in our closet onboard the Spirit last week, and onboard the Triumph last Sept. for our use. We also had a bunch of toiletries there for us. I have received vouchers and have used them in the past. I have also received onboard credit just last week for a missed port, (due to weather), and it was right there without even asking! Will all CCL cruises be perfect, no. No cruiseline can promise that, but CCL sure does have a huge following and I believe the highest percentage of repeat cruisers so they must be doing something right!.
