Mine has to be a Tequilla Sunrise on our over-the-water- hut in Moorea. Got engaged there (long time ago). Best drink I ever had. Probably the most expensive too... excluding anything on Grand Cayman of course. (he he)
OK all you guys, how about telling us what those favorite drinks consist of, not just the names?
I like a Bahama Mama, but different places make them differently. The one I like has 1 shot of Mailbu Rum, 1 shot of Bacardi Rum, orange juice, pineapple juice, and grenadine. It must be garnished with a slice of pineapple. You can keep the maraschino cherry. Some people also like it with a shot of banana liqueur, but I prefer to eat my bananas, not drink them.
Re: Re: Favorite Drink and location to consume it?
Hey Jennifer:
Just enjoyed a Bahama Mama about 2 weeks ago In our local Red Lobster and it was delicious. I always sip a strawbery daiquiri on in the top lounge on my cruises but will try your bahama Mama in a month on the Grand.
Margarita on the rocks at any given time, just so I can see the ocean and watch the waves go by. Of course, the glass of wine before dinner isn't bad either! I just want to be on a ship, enjoying myself with some sort of drink in hand! Sue
