Default Have anything fun planned for the weekend?

Since I'll probably be working all weekend I must live through others. Does anyone have anything fun planned for this weekend? Anything is better than what I have ahead of me. Whatever you have planned...enjoy.

Tonight is 'Arsenic and Old Lace' at the community theatre with DINNER OUT prior to it! That's 2 nights of no cooking this week...yeahhhhhhhhhhh!!! Tonight's chosen (not by ME) restaurant is NOT nearly as good as where we dined with Flyrod and Susan.

Happy weekend to all!!!

My husband, Bob, has a long weekend (Fri,Sat, Saun) which only happens once a month, so it is going to be a great weekend no matter what we do----which will probably be house and yard maintenance stuff. The oak leaves keep falling--for those who don't know about water and live oaks in Florida, they fall in the spring as the new growth pushes the old ones off, and none of the trees are synchronized! Neighbors cooked lasagne last night w/2 bottles of wine, so I guess we started the weekend then! Nothing too excited planned, maybe a movie and (hopefully) warm enough to sit in the sun for a while & work on our cruise tan. Only 16 days!

HOPE EVERYONE HAS A GREAT WEEKEND!

When at Penneys last night I was checking the mark down racks in the dress department. The two formal outfits that I purchased on sale 6 weeks ago have been dramatically reduced again. Sales clerk said I could bring my dresses in with the receipt return them and re-purchase them at the lower rate. So…. tonight I will take them back and pick up my new bathing suites from the catalog department. We will also take Jacob our grandson to get his picture taken with the Easter Bunny while at the Mall. Afterwards we will go to dinner. Saturday night my niece is having us for dinner in her new home. Other then that it is just laundry and housework.

Golf on Saturday and lots of NCAA playoffs on TV. And with luck, the "kids" will call. If they do, that will be my highlight!

Lunch and dinner out with two different couples this afternoon and evening. We will discuss an upcoming cruise with one couple that are going on Sea Princess, 10 days Mexican Riveria, at the end of this month. We did this same cruise on Regal two years ago. They will have a ball!!

Saturday and Sunday will be packing for our trip (driving) to be with our 4 children and 5 grandchildren in Southern CA. We leave Payson on Monday. Susan's father will be 94 on March 31..Easter. Plan to be home Monday, April 8.

Frank

Well I have to work also this weekend! I have to get the books ready to close out our fiscal year. This is really important do to the fact that my employers are holding my cruise over my head. So I guess it will be a boring weekend. Wishing everyone else a fun fill weekend and for those that have to work lets hope the time passes quickly.

Since my father came out of hospital a few months ago Saturday mornings have become a tradition.. I pick him up and we go for brunch, and gives my mother a chance to do lunch with her lady friends.

Saturday is out with friends for a birthday celebration. Sunday is hopefully my day to veg.. no shaving, no hair combing, so no moose <G>

Spending the weekend with my kids 5,6,10. Wife is in D.C. shopping with her mother. Got to get new clothes for the cruise. Think I'll have the kids wash the cars.
