I'm heading west, and by the looks of our itineraries...the closest we will get to each other is waving towards you as we leave Cozumel on Thursday!
Wish we would have had at least one port along with the Grand! Can't wait to try the Golden in September. This is an exciting year of cruising for me, since I not only have 2 cruises, but on totally different cruiselines! Have NEVER been on Princess, and I can't wait to try it out!
Enjoy the packing! I have all of my stuff now ironed and hung up, and all of the "EXTRAS" laid out to one side, ready to go into a suitcase, and small tote bag on Friday night. This is the first time in 5 cruises that I won't be flying in the day before. Makes for a REALLY early morning.....shoulda rethought that decision!
Theresa & All 4/7 Grand Cruisers,
Looking forward to meeting everyone!! Only 6 more days! My Easter dinner for 15 is over, the overnight family guests have gone, and now I can concentrate on packing for the cruise. My clothes are hanging in the guest room closet waiting to be put into the suitcases! I took the tip about plastic bags and am just sorry that I didn't know it sooner and ripped up so many dry cleaner bags. Bob & I will see you, Bunny & Erin & the gang at the Wheelhouse Bar at 3 on Sunday. I can hardly stand myself I am so eagar!!
Sure packing its self is no fun... but that's far out weighed by the anticipation of the cruise!... I guess I'd better start packing... can't procrastinate much longer!...lol.
Well, I guess I'm behind everyone. I've purchased all the supplies that are on my packing list, but haven't actually put anything in a suitcase yet.
I'm thinking maybe Wednesday or Thursday I'll actually start. Packing now would mean I have to stare at my suitcases for a week, and that would make the anticipation unbearable. As it is, I'm looping my one CD of steel drum music on my work computer.
