NCL-Sun's Excursions?

We are sailing June 22 on the Sun!!!! Ports of call are Grand Cayman, Belize City, Roatan and Cozmel.

Any suggestions of things to do or see or not do? Or things to see or do on the ship? Has anyone booked their own excursions at these places?

We haven't been to any of these ports before. I would love any info you can give me.

D if you are a scuba diver this is a great itinerary. We did this itinerary on the Wind in January 2001 and loved every minute of it. We met a person who did the Belize cave tubing and said it was great.

Yup, the cave tubing is really fun and quite differant from anything we have ever done before. The Rio Wallace tour is also very good from all reports as you cruise up the River Wallace seeing all kinds of wildlife and then get to tour the Mayan ruins at Atun Ha

The Rio Wallace Tour - is that the Cave tour or is it another excursion? What place\country is that located at?
