Checking in from some miles northeast of Hilo....sailaway party was a huge success, and we did raise more than a few elbows toasting all y'all back ashore. Since checking in the other day from Kauai, I've done four outstanding scuba dives - two off Maui and two yesterday off Kona. Saw lots of spinner dolphins, both at dive site and within 6 feet of tender taking us back to the ship yesterday. They were jumping about 12 feet out of the water. No big critters, but did see 3 sharks and 3 species of Moray Eels, all in the first 10 minutes of the first dive. Lots of beautiful fish! I hope all 144 of the underwater photos come out OK. Spent today chasing Pele and rain showers all over Kilahuea Volcano. Beautiful, and awe-inspiring. Rained off and on all day today, but we had three beautiful days in a row on Maui and yesterday in Kona. Stars and moon out right now. Nice ship, wonderful cruising friends. Will try to check in sometime during the next 5 sea days. Aloha, all y'all.
Good Morning Tom!
We are getting ready to go to Michael and Ashley's Honor Awards program at noon.
Nothing else planned but relaxing. I can type again now. Still can't use the thumb but it's getting better!!!
