As many know, my relatively new digital camera died on the 3rd day of our cruise. I'd been running around telling friends with cameras.. get that shot, so we'd have pics to go with what I was writing.

Today I went back to the store where I purchased the camera, and they simply replaced it, with no arguement or discussion. Nice to see someone still believes in customer service!!

That is good to know, I'm glad they treated you right! Actually we're also in the process of trying to pick out a digital camera, and of course customer service is important, glad it worked out well for you :-)
