When we book we book rebooked to the Navigator Jan 25 but my TA told me of the Inaugural out of miami dec 12. Looks like we will be going on that one too. It is just for 2 days. Just wondering if anyone did a inaugural cruise before and what are the pro and cons? It is cheap and a wonderful way to experience what lies ahead for us Jan25.
Any input? Thanks No one could tell me if they will have a formal night not even RCCL themselves....very funny

Re: Inaugural Navigator Dec12 pros and cons?
On a two night cruise, which would be formal - embarkation day or the night before debarkation? I wonder too! I think it should be fine - ship should be in great shape, but service may not be up to par as these are really shake-down cruises and things may not be perfect - ie: the crew needs to get used to working together and learn the ins and outs of this particular ship. But it should be a great little get-away!

Go for it! These are lots of fun....
I do these 2-night "cruises to nowhere" whenever I can. It is a great way to see a ship and decide if you would like to book a regular sailing on it. The ones I've been on had the 2nd night as the formal night. Although last year on the Radiance of the Seas "cruise to nowhere", there was NO formal night. I would prefer it if they didn't have one for these short cruises. The less stuff you have to take - the better!
