Tonight I had a much better dance than the doc dance (which I'll do probably in November) ... tonight I got a contract on my condo! And, now I can proceed with buying my house down near Mgram's way. Can hardly wait. I'm so happy!

Sure I'm even going to have some extra money for another cruise ... maybe even the Birthday Bash!

Thanks everybody for your good wishes ... they are much appreciated. By the way, Hugger, I live in the Tampa Bay area now - in Redington Shores on Sand Key facing the Gulf of Mexico. I agree it's great here. But - now I'll have a house (much bigger and much more private) instead of a condo.
