Wow, I had thought they only sold Carnival cruises. Their prices seem pretty competitive.

Cheers,

The president of Carnival told me that BJ's and Sam's Club sell around one fifth of all Carnival tickets. Why not Walmarts? Ebay also sells cruises now.

How this works is some major agency is providing the cruises through these retail outlets.

Hi Michelle,

If you noticed every cruiseline that Wal-Mart sells is owned by Carnival. Sounds like we can probably expect to see Princess on the list sometime soon.

That's true Carole, I should have noticed that. (duh!)

I would never support Walmart, even if they were thousands of dollars cheaper, which I highly doubt. They bully their way into areas circumventing many land-use, community enhancement and environmental laws. After which they front money to fight school bonds and levies. This kind of politics is not for me. I have never entered a Wal-mart store and I never will, even if they are giving the stuff away. End of rant!

Their prices don't look at all competitive to me. I've priced some things through my TA for the future and their prices are extremely inflated in comparison.

Wal Mart selling cruises is nothing new as they have been in the market for months, however, as much as I enjoy shopping there and saving bucks, I doubt that they would be my choice as a TA.
Chuck Palm, sorry that you look on the company with such disdain. They are the #1 retailer in this country for a reason.
